I’m Charnice. Founder.
Creative. Strategist. Storyteller.
Before launching The Blaized Agency, I worked in global influencer marketing — and I saw the same patterns play out again and again.
Creators feeling unsupported. Campaigns lacking real diversity. A whole industry moving fast but rarely moving with intention.
So I built what I couldn’t find:
